With an eye ALWAYS on the 1-3 to 5 year plan, AdImpact continuously seeks entreprenurial minded Sales and Marketing Specialits to help in both creating  client value as well as growing AdImpact.  

We are looking for several outgoing, personable,  competent Sales & Marketing Specialits responsible for developing new partner / client relationships, managing them and cultivating long term friendships along the way.  In this position, you will be part of a dynamic team of professionals who plan and implement our sales, marketing, and "provien models" of success supported with training and an aggressive compensation structure.    

While this is a remote role, AdImpact's Virginia Beach office will be available for meetings, presentations and training.    

Job Responsibilities:  

• Manage PUDPIF Sales Process 
• Generate New Business 
• Build Database of New Propects 
• Develop Recommendations 
• Prepare and Present Proposals 
• Manage an meet with Clients to plan, develop and execute customize marketing strategies. 
• Lead creative marketing sessions  
• Liason with AdImpact team, departments, vendors  and industry networks
• Actively participate and attend local networking events / associations 
• Build relationships with media outlets 
• Direct social media strategies, including direct posting campaign management 
• Lead reporting discussions 
• Client relations development / golf / lunches  

Any previous experience in sales and marketing media with digital marketing or social media, or completed relevant coursework, will be considered a plus.   

This is a remote, "independent contractor" position enabling excellent personal / professional balance.  

Compensation is very fair, higher than industry benchmarks and rewards performance.

First 90 days: 

Base (MBO's) +  90 Day Performance Ramp Up Plan up to 80% net commissions recurring.  

90 Days and beyond: 

Base (MBO's) + Performance Plan up to 30% net commissions recurring.
